The Tether Protocol Cover Contest — Disclaimer / Terms

Contest name: The Tether Protocol Cover Contest (“Contest”).

1) Eligibility

Open to entrants aged 18+. Void where prohibited by law. No purchase necessary.

2) How to enter

To enter, participants must vote on the form for either “OPTION 1” or “OPTION 2” on the official contest page published on the Promoter’s site. Only votes that are visible and time-stamped before the deadline count.

3) Contest period

The Contest is open from the time the official post goes live until 4 April 2026 (23:59 CET).

4) Prizes

• First Ten Voters Prize: The first ten (10) eligible voters of the winning cover will be determined by the chronological order of qualifying comments. Each of these ten (10) winners will receive one (1) free ebook.

• Additional Ebook Prize Draw: An additional ten (10) free ebooks will be awarded to eligible participants who voted for the winning cover, selected at random from all remaining eligible voters of the winning cover (excluding the first ten (10) winners described above).

• Paperback Prize Draw: One (1) paperback winner will be selected randomly from all eligible voters of the winning cover.

Prizes are non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered. The Promoter may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.

5) Determining the winning cover

The winning cover is the cover option with the highest number of eligible votes at the deadline. The Promoter will verify votes and may remove ineligible or duplicate entries.

6) Winner selection and notification

• The first ten (10) eligible voters of the winning cover will be determined by the chronological order of qualifying comments.

• The paperback winner will be selected randomly from all eligible voters of the winning cover.

Winners will be notified by email on the results day. To receive a prize, winners must provide a valid email address and any required delivery details within 7 days of notification. If a winner does not respond within that period, the Promoter may select an alternative winner.

7) Delivery details

For ebook delivery, winners must provide the email address linked to their Kindle / “Send to Kindle” destination. For the paperback gift box, the winner will be contacted by the Promoter via ness@nvonwolf.com email, and must provide a shipping address. Shipping is available globally. Any import duties/taxes (if applicable) are the responsibility of the Promoter.

8) Privacy

Personal data (email, Kindle delivery email, and/or shipping address) will be used only for administering this Contest and fulfilling prizes, then retained only as long as necessary for record-keeping and fulfilment, after which they will be deleted.

9) Platform disclaimer

This Contest is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Amazon, Facebook or Meta. 

10) General

The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify entries that are incomplete, fraudulent, abusive, or in breach of these terms, and to cancel or amend the Contest where necessary due to circumstances beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control.
