There is one classic novel that carries a deeper meaning throughout Leah and Elias’s story.
The main male character quotes from it more than once. It keeps resurfacing throughout These Tears in different ways, and its themes quietly mirror parts of their own story.
It also happens to be one of the author's favourite novels.

1. Eligibility
The giveaway is open worldwide, wherever participation and delivery of the prize are legally permitted.
Entrants must be 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
No purchase is necessary to enter or win.
2. How to Enter

Answers must be submitted in "Title by Author" format.

Provide a nickname to identify your entry in the draw.

Submit only one entry per person.
Multiple entries, automated entries, duplicate entries or entries submitted using multiple identities will be removed and the first entry will enter the draw.
3. Competition Period
Entries open on Aug 17 2026 and close on Sep 08 2026 at Midnight CEST.
Entries received after the closing time will not be included.
4. Correct Answer & Winner Selection
Only entries containing the correct book title and author will qualify for the final draw.
Minor spelling or formatting errors are accepted where the intended answer is unambiguous.
One winner will be selected at random from all qualifying correct entries after the giveaway closes.
The organiser's decision regarding eligibility and the interpretation of submitted answers is final.
5. The Prize
One winner will receive a These Tears Book Gift Box, including a signed copy of These Tears and accompanying book-box items.
Worldwide standard shipping is included at no cost to the winner. Any customs duties, import taxes, handling fees or other charges imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the winner.
The prize has no cash alternative, is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for another product.
6. Winner Announcement
The winner will be announced using the nickname provided on the entry form.
No full legal name, postal address or other private information will be published.
The winner will also be contacted privately using the contact information submitted with their entry.
If the winner does not respond within 7 days, another winner may be drawn from the remaining qualifying entries.
7. Shipping
The winner will be asked privately for their full name and delivery address only after winning. The data will be retain for 30 days upon submission for delivery purposes and will be removed afterwards.
The organiser will cover the cost of standard worldwide shipping.
Delivery times will vary by country. The organiser is not responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs, border authorities or circumstances outside the organiser's reasonable control.
Where delivery to a particular country or territory is prohibited or unavailable, the organiser reserves the right to arrange a reasonable alternative.
Any customs duties, import taxes, handling fees or other charges imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the winner.
8. Privacy
Information submitted through the giveaway form will be used to:

10. Changes or Cancellation
The organiser reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel the giveaway if circumstances outside their reasonable control make it impossible to conduct the giveaway fairly or as intended.
Any significant changes will be announced on the giveaway page.

This giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with any third-party individual, company, organisation, platform, or other legal entity, including Meta, Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok and Goodreads.
By entering, participants release Facebook and Instagram from responsibility relating to the administration of this giveaway to the extent permitted by applicable law.
12. Acceptance of Rules
By submitting an entry, participants confirm that they have read and agree to these Giveaway Rules & Terms.
13. Withdrawal of Entry
Participants may withdraw from the giveaway at any time before the stated closing date and time by replying to the confirmation email received upon submission, and requesting that their entry be withdrawn.
The submission will be withdrawn only if the request had been sent from the email associated with the submission.
Once the request has been processed, the participant’s entry will be removed from the draw and their personal information collected solely for the purposes of the giveaway will be deleted.
Withdrawal from the giveaway will not affect any separate newsletter or marketing subscription. These can be managed or withdrawn independently.
