THE WHAT
A Street Team is a group of dedicated readers who help spread the word about an author's books, support their new releases, and boost visibility through sharing and recommendations.

THE HOW
Share posts, recommend books, engage with release content, and help spread the word within your reader circles either using your own graphics or author-provided ones.

Expectations
WHAT IS EXPECTED OF A STREET TEAM MEMBER
Street Team support can look different depending on where you’re active.
If you’re on Instagram, that might mean sharing key posts, reels, stories, or release graphics. If you create TikToks or go live, you might mention the book, discuss it, or feature it in your content. If you’re part of a book club, reader group, Discord, Facebook community, or similar space, recommending the book where appropriate is just as valuable.
The main expectation is that important campaign content gets supported — especially cover reveals, preorder announcements, ARC calls, release-week posts, sales, giveaways, and book launches. You don’t need to share everything, but Street Team members should be willing to actively help when those key moments arrive.
WHAT YOU WON'T BE EXPECTED TO DO
You won’t be expected to post every day, use platforms you don’t normally use, create content that doesn’t suit you, buy every release, or spam friends and followers.
You’ll also never be expected to leave a positive review if you didn’t enjoy a book, hide criticism, or pretend enthusiasm you don’t feel. The goal is genuine support from readers who already enjoy my work — not forced promotion.

Confidentiality & Copyright Terms
-
By joining the Street Team, you agree to keep all information and materials shared within the team confidential. This includes, but is not limited to, graphics, excerpts, manuscripts, drafts, unpublished book details, cover reveals, release plans, announcements, polls, discussions, marketing strategies, links, files, behind-the-scenes content, and private communications.
-
All materials are intended for Street Team members only unless clearly stated otherwise and remain the copyrighted property of N. von Wolf. Content may only be shared publicly when permission has been given or when it is specifically provided to the team for promotional use.
-
Members must not copy, reproduce, forward, screenshot, screen-record, upload, redistribute, or otherwise share private Street Team content outside authorised spaces. This includes sharing through social media, email, private messages, group chats, forums, Discord servers, websites, cloud storage, or with friends and family.
-
Embargoes and scheduled announcements must be respected. If a cover reveal, excerpt, announcement, preorder, giveaway, release date, or other material is provided with a specific publication date or time, it must not be shared before that point.
-
Private access information – including download links, passwords, ARC links, private group invitations, unpublished files, or member-only resources – must never be forwarded or made available to anyone outside the Street Team.
-
Discussions within the team are also confidential. Please do not share screenshots, quote private conversations, identify other members without their permission, or disclose information another member has shared within the group.
-
Unreleased story information and spoilers should remain within authorised Street Team spaces until the relevant book or information has been made public.
-
Confidential materials should also not be uploaded to AI tools, public file-sharing services, databases, or other third-party platforms unless specific permission has been given.
-
These confidentiality expectations continue to apply if you leave or are removed from the Street Team. Any breach may result in immediate removal from the team, loss of access to future ARCs or opportunities, and, where appropriate, further action to protect confidential or copyrighted material.
